Although RainTek did not do work at my house I still wanted to leave a review. Two workers did work at my neighbours house and I could hear them talking as they worked. The two were discussing ways to gently deliver less than ideal news to clients, sharing tips on being comforting in those instances, and how they could best support their clients. Both expressed how important it was to make good connections with their clients as well as to get the job done well. I thought it was so professional and sweet that they both care so much. The Rain Tek team was amazing! From Craig coming to do the assessment of our issue, and coming to the table with the best quote of three different companies; to Josie who was able to get a team on site this week; to Luke, who was onsite the whole time directing and completing the project and who took pictures of every stage of remediation; to Marty who cheerfully put my yard back together so it looked like they were never there, I am so impressed!

Cleared out perimeter drains in my parents yard and realigned the main outflow. The crew left the area very clean and was very efficient.The entire process from A - Z was a smooth, positive experience and I cant’t say enough good things about Raintek Drainage & Waterproofing
