I can't say enough about this company. They have just reroofed my house and garage. It was a pleasure to deal with them, from first contact until the roofing was complete.
I am so impressed! They were quiet (as quiet as roofing can be, lol), arriving quietly in the morning and working what seemed to be non-stop all day; respectful of the boundaries that we set for access to our property, due to having animals; cleaned up every night, even to the point of checking the lawn and around the house for loose nails, and never left before making sure that the roof was watertight overnight if they couldn't reshingle before the next day. Good service until job was done. Poor follow up regarding finishing concerns (advised that they don't paint the step flash so it looks sloppy at the front of the house and a few other things, some shingles not sitting right) . big job > $40K so would have been nice to have some effort to make it look as nice as possible at the end. . No info given regarding warranty when requested (told it would be given after payment). No effort to meet in person to discuss finishing details. Hopefully roof will not need warranty work as i can't imagine it will be easy to deal with them. Biggest thing is that I don't know much about roofs and rely heavily on trusting... read full review

The Proline team did a great job replacing my gutters and skylights. It was all done in one day, and the end result looks very good. All of my interactions with different members of the Proline team were professional and positive. I would not hesitate to work with them again.
