We bring two of our (very large) dogs to the Petsmart grooming team at Blanshard and they do an AMAZING job! Our female is quite timid and they are so patient and gentle with her. They both look fantastic every time :) 10/10 would recommend!
Very tiny PetSmart. Minimal livestock & supplies, but lots of cat and dog food choices and was very clean! Cashier was efficient and kind. Overall not a bad experience at all - I just expect more from a PetSmart stock wise. Will return for basic stuff and was happy with my purchases.
Yeah they're understaffed and their animals aren't super well taken care of, but Mykenna(?) (person at the aquatic section at the back) was so kind and helpful, patiently educating people who would have not taken good care of their pets otherwise. give them a raise!!!!
