Petro-Canada is a reputable and trustworthy auto repair shop that prioritizes customer satisfaction and integrity. The team's honesty and transparency are exceptional, as shown by a recent experience where a customer's car was inspected and it was determined that a replacement seal was not necessary. This level of service is rare and has earned customer loyalty and recommendation. The Fairfield location offers outstanding service, with staff going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Customers have praised the knowledgeable and pleasant staff, highlighting the good old-fashioned customer service. The shop’s old-school approach, including cleaning windshields, pumping gas, checking oil, and offering to check tire pressure, has also received high praise. Overall, Petro-Canada is a reliable and trustworthy destination for auto repair and fueling needs, making each visit a pleasure for customers.
This has to be be the best service station in Canada. Full service, where the staff actually do their jobs. Only thing missing is the matching uniforms from a long past era.. wash your windows, check oil, check tire air pressure, fuel up your car...
There is a full service shop here as well for all of your maintenance needs.
Thank you to Greg, Andrew and all working at Petro Canada Fairfield Road. You provide professional service, helpful recommendations and excellent details in conversation and paperwork. Thank you for honesty and meeting my deadline with recent servicing! Daphne Goode
These guys are great. They always have a lot of cars in for servicing, but if you have a tiny safety issue, they’ll help in minutes. What I thought could take a week to get fixed, took six minutes. Thanks guys!
