I don’t write a lot of reviews (which, of course, makes this sound fake from the get go). However, one would be hard pressed to reach influencer status by announcing on the internet “we might have a problem with rodents!” although I was assured by Melissa at PSI that rats are very common in Victoria. And, having moved to a new house means new surprises, not all of them pleasant, and Melissa was the equivalent of calling a homeowner crisis line – calm, educated and gave me some tips right way.
