We had zero complaints with Lacey and the flooring repair person Michael V. Wood floors were water damaged, warped boards removed and replaced with new. Our hope was for repairs so good that we couldn't tell, and that's what we got. Bravo Pacific Coast Floors!

The colours and textures are just what I hoped for. Lacey was quick and efficient in her communication. Her recommendation for a contractor to tackle some renovations was great. My wife and I recently had new carpet installed in our home and could not be more thrilled with the results! Our salesman Garnet was very knowledgeable and friendly and helped us choose the perfect carpet. The installation crew did a fantastic job with great attention to detail and left the job nice and tidy after. I will definitely be shopping at Pacific Coast Floors in the future for my next flooring project!
