Garnet and Lacey are so knowledgeable, had tons of great real-world advice, feedback from real world use on what has held up to commercial abuse, alternative install suggestions, zero sales pressure… 10/10 experience, super impressed! Don’t honestly know what could be improved upon!

I am totally impressed by the service we obtained from Garnet when he installed our flooring. The flooring is exceptional and was well installed. We were dealing with an insurance claim and at the beginning, we were experiencing extreme difficulties with Coast Capital Claims. Garnet assured us that in the end we would prevail with the insurance claim. The adjuster was extremely difficult to deal with and in the end they settled and we still have to pay $2500. The whole process took eight months and I don’t know what we would’ve done if it hadn’t been for Garnets patience in resolving our problem. Pacific Coast Floors exceeded all expectations and made the impossible possible! While other companies wouldn’t take on our tight timeline, they stepped up and delivered stunning results. In just four days, they took out the old carpets, levelled a very challenging floor in our 1800’s built building and installed an intricate herringbone pattern across two floors of our 1800’s heritage building, flawlessly matching the design through glass-walled rooms.
Their craftsmanship is second to none—beautifully blending the building’s historic charm with a modern twist. The results are absolutely breathtaking.
