First time getting my oil changed in Victoria and I gotta say, I am impressed with the service, care, and skillsets each of these guys have! Provided genuine tests for my vehicle and as a bonus offers their clients complimentary bevies if needed! Great group of guys!

Just wanted to write a review to give Frances (the "Lot Guy") a shout out. I was there recently and it seemed busier than usual. Frances was receiving requests from multiple co-workers and clearly had competing priorities, but still ensured he checked my tires as he had noticed one of them was low. The main employee helping me was rushing me out when the oil change was complete, and didn't seem to want to do any further work. Thankfully Frances still took the time to check the tires and alert me that the pressure was extremely low. I went in for an oil change and the Technican working on my Jeep, I believe Chris is his name...SUPER honest, told me that I really did not need one and that is was too soon for one. He also helped me with another engine issue I was having....thank you so much for being honest, not everyone is!Will definitely be using this place rather than the lot I bought my Jeep from for my oil changes :)
