We just received our new bed frame this week and can’t thank Monarch Furnishings enough for their excellent service. Even with the slight delay Tony kept us updated as to when we could expect to receive our order, and the purchase itself is beautiful. I looked at many furniture stores for a bed frame and the quality of construction and material of our purchase, as well as price point at Monarch, made this a very easy decision. We also can’t say enough about their delivery service. They were very professional and the process of delivery and set up was done with ease. I am glad we decided to go with that option! Nothing there that I DIDNT want to take home! Lots of pricey items but lots of things that were reasonable, and very cute economical planters, so I doubt I'd ever walk out empty handed. The pink and yellow planters in the picture were purchased here

We purchased both a dresser and AV stand in the Maison style from Monarch back in 2019 while living in Victoria. The furniture is beautiful and very solid, stuff we can keep for years. However, this review is mostly about a recent customer service win. We just moved and painters accidentally damaged the slider hardware on two of the dresser drawers. I bought some OEM hardware and the fit is just a little too tight, while searching high and low has found nothing that would likely fit better. On the off-chance they'd have some we contacted Monarch about replacement hardware.
