Above and beyond service. The professional at McDonald Electric noticed we had a leak in our toilet we hadn't seen. We have a young baby and are pretty wiped out, so we just weren't paying attention to much. Anyways, they assisted us in how to temporarily manage the situation and later checked in when they were in our area to see how everything was running in our house. Would recommend.
Amanda was around for about 16 months . She was always pleasant and very kind . I live in a building with elderly and disabled people . Her gentle manner and warm smile made running into her or around her very easy .
OMG the service was so great. Our technician that came to troubleshoot and repair our Generac was amazing. I have never seen someone work so efficiently not wasting time or guessing. He knew exactly what the problem was and quickly got into the repair fixing the valve timing and had us back up and running with an hour. Cost was more than reasonable considering the level of service and the horrible weather that day. Thank you for an amazing service experience.DaveSooke, BC
