I didnt buy furniture from them, but figured I’d give it a 5 stars anyways.
The reason why I didnt buy anything is simply because it isnt my personal style - but they have a big variety so thats what matters.
And mos importantly: best staff experience I had so far. Dawn was a great sales representative, made me try the entire store in accordance to what ive mentioned liking.

I had the pleasure of meeting Lis at LaZBoy earlier this week. The reason why I chose to purchase from LaZBoy was partly because of the beautiful selection of furniture; however a large part of it was the exceptional customer service from Lis. It has been a very long time since I have experienced such a superb level of engagement, expertise and helpfullness. Lis has a lovely demeanor and embodies a vast amount of knowledge and creativity. I feel very fortunate and appreciative that she was the sales person who approached me when I initially entered the store. She made the shopping experience educational, fun, and an absolute delight.
