***edit: they responded to my concerns quickly and sent a new cleaner the next day. He did a fantastic job in less time than the first while covering more surface area, and cleaning beyond my expectations. If you choose to go ahead with this company, i recommend being comuunicative and honest. Ask for a senior cleaner and explain your idea of what your lookong for to get the right match for you. If you feel like it's not right, communicate it they seem to listen well to concerns and truly seem to want to make it work for you.Wish I read reviews before going ahead with a trial clean. The cleaner named Vanessa does a wonderful job. English is not her first language and my spanish is very poor but she does a fantastic job with google translate to assist if we're having any challenges communicating. I appreciate that Kyla Kleaning employs people who I assume are newer to Canada.
