We have recently started using Kyla Kleaning. We have never had a cleaner before, and I was very happy with the results! I was home during the appointment and was not disrupted as I was working. Seeing my bathroom and kitchen so clean, I could have cried! I'm looking forward to having regular cleanings. I've all ready been recommending Kyla Kleaning to family and friends.
We have Nathan from Kyla cleaning come to our family home biweekly and have been very happy with the way he cleans our home, the attention to detail and his friendliness. He also does extras each clean and shows up on time which we appreciate. With four kids and a dog, it has been super helpful having him keep our house in order and clean! Would definitely recommend Nathan!
We recently used Kyla Kleaning for a move-out clean of our apartment. Overall, the experience was okay, but a bit mixed.
To start with the positives — what was cleaned was done very well. The standout was the patio/balcony, which looked fantastic and was probably the best part of the entire clean. Some of the main surfaces inside were also handled well, and you can tell care was put into certain areas.
However, we did find that quite a few important details were missed, especially for a move-out clean where thoroughness really matters. We ended up having to spend a few extra hours going back over things ourselves. Some of the items we had to redo or finish...read full review
