I bought a used car from Kia Victoria, and the experience was very smooth, stress-free, and fair. Viktor and Emily were great to work with. In the first week of ownership, my car was detailed by a third party that Kia had agreed to pay for, and there was some confusion when I went to pick my car up from the outside shop. I called Kia, and a manager solved the issue fast and went above and beyond. About three weeks later, my car’s head unit broke. After some dialogue, Kia offered some goodwill assistance for a new head unit. Jeremy and Brad’s efforts were much appreciated. I would highly recommend buying a car, new or used, from Kia Victoria.
