I wanted to take some time to review my recent experience with the service department at Kia Victoria. Let me start by saying that Jeremy and JoHanna are phenomenal when it comes to customer service! Huge RAVE to them for treating me like I was an important customer, my concerns were valid, and my satisfaction is valued.I brought my 2022 Kia Seltos SX Turbo in for a routine service and, at that time, asked if they could check the alignment as well because I was having some issues with the steering wheel alignment and the vehicle drifting. Big Thanks to Amanda . She is the one you can trust blindly, if looking for a Kia. She made my day. I contacted her on Facebook and she gave me quote over there and it was pretty much the same in person too, slightly higher but reasonable . She is knowledgeable and polite. I am so happy after having business with them .

I had never bought from a dealership before and had a lot of pre-conceived notions of what it would be like. I couldn't have been more wrong. Jonas immediately put me ease and couldn't have been kinder. Never did I feel pressured. I had planned on going to two other dealerships but had found the car I wanted and Jonas made the whole process effortless. I would highly recommend Kia Victoria and especially Jonas, they are fortunate to have him.
