huge shout out to kh nails in colwood. I had the best experience yesterday at KH nails. I was celebrating my birthday and the staff went above and beyond. they got me a personalized cake and sang me happy birthday. I went in for a deluxe pedicure. it was nothing short of deluxe. MIMI is amazing at what she does. I definitely got the royal treatment and not only because it was my birthday, I have had her before and she did amazing then too. highly recommend kh silver nails. the staff are so kind and welcoming, the nail salon is clean, the services are top notch. I went in for the $35 pedicure expecting to pay $40 MAX. Apparently gel nail polish were $50 but I wasn’t told and they only showed me the gel polish, not the regular polish. She did a good job and I got a doughnut but I will not be returning due to their lack oh honesty.
The manager was so welcoming! They did a beautiful job and the salon was nicely appointed. My daughter wanted some nail art and they did exactly as she wanted from the photo. Great experience.
