The clinic is warm and inviting in an accessible location. I was treated by Grace who left me feeling relaxed, centred, and rejuvenated. She incorporated stretching and deep tissue massage into my treatment and it was incredible. The clinic has flexible hours and easy scheduling which makes it easy to schedule yourself in for some self care. Highly recommend!
