After seeing several other therapists I decided to give Gracie a try.I had severe arthritis in my feet and my hips were in so much pain I was ready to quit work as a framer. My shoulder had a chronic old injury that the pain was always there. I had trouble sleeping. I could not sleep on either side any more, only on my back. After 5 sessions with Gracie and trying hard to follow her super diet she gave me I'm sleeping great with no pain in my hips. I have great mobility in my feet again. My shoulder is about 85 percent better. I know it will be 100 percent soon. I am 69 yrs old and still working hard as ever thanks to Gracie. I highly recommend her.
