We thought it was a unique circumstance that Glen Lake Automotive advised us that we didn’t need an immediate fix on a vehicle when we brought it in and they also waived their shop fees which in bananas to me in this day and age. I have come to learn through word of mouth, that this is how they operate their business. They’re exceptional at what they do and a true asset to the community.

I have been taking my vehicles to Glen Lake Auto for several years now. They are always honest and friendly. They perform services quickly. I have sent friends and guests to them over the years because I know they will get honest, fair and reasonably priced work performed here.
After a few disappointments at other shops I was reluctant in looking for another shop but after reading the many reviews on Glen Lake Automotive I decided to give this shop a chance and I'm really glad I did. We started with an oil change and fluids on my mother's 2005 Focus last Monday and an oil change and a complete 4 wheel and extremely needed brake job on my 2006 Impala yesterday (no thanks to the previous shop who did my brakes which I won't name here). All I can say is that Glen Lake Automotive will have 100% of my business from now on. Service and professionalism is second to none.
