Daniel and the office staff were awesome. I had a hard time telling what kind of ants I was dealing with, and Daniel took the extra time to be sure before arrival, and to confirm at the house. He went above and beyond to explain the situation, and dealt with the issue swiftly and professionally.
I can’t say enough about how great this experience was from beginning to end. The first call was kind, patient, and welcoming, from the daughter in the family (I didn’t catch her name). Dan, the son, who did the job — flea eradication in my garden — was kind and experienced, and the work was done very well at a very reasonable price.
