We first met Keith on our home purchasing journey at an open house of our neighbour's home. We were notified by a hand written card left at the door apologizing for the nuisance of increased traffic in the neighbourhood from the open house- what an amazing first impression! I then went over and met with Keith for a bit as we were interested in listing our home later that year after some work demands calmed, and Keith provided great detail on what that process would look like. To our surprise a few months later, we received another hand written card checking in with both my wife and I, even remembering small details of our conversation.
This is the second time I have had the extreme pleasure of utilizing the expertise of Flawless Interiors. Back in 2019 I decided to freshen up my 1980s kitchen, dining room and family room. I didn't have a clue where to begin, so I called Tracy and Keith. In the consultation they asked pertinent questions, getting a feel for myself and my home, and then they performed their magic.
