About FIRST ONSITE Property Restoration
First Onsite Property Restoration offers top-notch service in water damage-related cleanup and repair. Their staff is helpful, professional, and arrives promptly, even in the middle of the night. They work hard, including weekends, to clear and demolish affected areas. The company is transparent about the process and issues, and their work is thorough. First Onsite was the preferred vendor of an insurance company and quickly and efficiently removed damaged flooring and gyprock. With a project manager who communicates effectively, the company ensures restoration is on schedule.
First Onsite is one of the best companies that I have worked with. The Project Manager, Tim Hofer, and Mark Wilband are highly competent and they keet me informed about my stage in the process and ensured that everything went smoothly. First Onsite provided me with their Homeowner Welcome package which describes all the steps in detail and answers many questions. The First Onsite workers are all neat, professional, and personable as are the well-respected specialist tradespeople. I highly recommend First Onsite.
