Second time going to this auto repair shop. Once again, did not have to wait days for an appointment for a safety inspection and received a very thorough report; Amar spent a lot of time explaining the report; and for someone who doesn't know the underside of a vehicle, having photos in the waiting room is very helpful. Love supporting local businesses and this shop is right down the road from me - super convenient and great service. As a gal who can barely top up washer fluid let alone troubleshoot any issues, vehicles are not my forte and I just want to know it’ll get me from A to B. When problems pop up this mechanic has been incredible to deal with, and has always taken my vehicles as soon as possible when I’ve needed help. They explain everything clearly, never make me feel judged for not knowing much or being “just a girl”, and I’ve always felt taken care of. :) Their honesty, reasonable prices, and genuine care mean so much.
