Tanya has been my massage therapist for two years now, and she's the best. She helps me work out my aches and pains and stiffness, and the relaxation aspect is a huge benefit as well. Tanya really listens and works on the specific issues I'm having with my arthritis and chronic pain, such as back ache or a sore arm or general neck and shoulder pain. Cannot recommend Esquimalt Massage Therapy more highly, they make a huge difference in my life.
