I would t recommend this to anyone. They want to overcharge you in all the way they can. there is nowhere mention that if you pay invoices more than $500 then there will b 3% charge on credit card. they won't let u pay twice if you don't want to pay that charge. Somehow you have to pay that. come on it's commercial. I paid invoices worth 10k by credit card but this are first time in 10years of in business career where someone ask me over charge to paying by credit card.

My experience not good at all. They added service charge on my invoice even key lock didn’t worked out after couple weeks they installed new one. Second, they never mention before everything done that if you pay your invoice with credit card then there is 3% extra charge. I am in commercial business since 5-years and first time I heard this type of charge from this people. I can’t pay invoice twice for do not pay that 3% charge if my invoice is more than $500. Horrible..never recommend..

Adam was excellent in repairing my deadbolt and was very quick and efficient! Highly recommended, I've always used Emerson!
