I had a great experience today! Booked same day, but due to an error on the system my appointment was lost when I arrived.(fixed now) Shannon at the front desk was very helpful and apologetic. It was late in the day and no one was available for my appointment. She Contacted Tanya who came down straight away to do the appointment. Very professional, proactive and friendly team ?

This is based on a pedicure from Nicole back on August 2nd with Nicole- I've booked this pedicure while I was on my third trimester of pregnancy, and wanted to treat myself!
I had a moment to fret about the parking before I realized there was one near the front. The establishment was small, but I felt comfortable, the waiting room organized. There was a sign that asked customers to kindly help maintain the peaceful atmosphere, which I was grateful for. I was also offered water very kindly a few times during my visit.

First time at Emerald Day Spa and first time getting a facial. Holy smokes. Karly was super gentle and made me feel like a pampered princess. Every part, from cleansing to peels, hand massages and foot reflexology… even the way she speaks… every part was gentle and soothing. I feel like I left with new skin AND like I was floating on a cloud. She even took the time after to talk to me about my skin care routine and what I could do at home to help my skin more. Highly recommend her services!
