Having driven from Toronto with my 1992 Eurovan during the summer peak, I deeply appreciated Neil fitting me in when my engine began making an odd noise. He took time to figure out a problem that had been missed by many others and to provide a great solution. Kyler made a terrific repair. I learned a lot from the encounter, and would recommend Ellice Automotive Ltd. and his team. Thank you!
I was on a road trip from Quebec last summer with a failing pilot bearing. I went to see Them for what I thought was an emergency job. I met with Neil and was a bit afraid considering some reviews. It turned out that the guys was really nice an knowledgeable and took the time to road test the machine, explain the problem and tell me that I could make it back home... Neil was very nice but I could feel that he is not the kind of guy you call to have a quote and bargain a brake or oil change job to save 25$. I am confident that this could be an explosive situation. That guy seems to like puzzles to solve and be helpful! I really enjoyed meeting him and doing a road test… read full review
I spoke to Jason about my brakes today…he was amazing, super honest as I was told I need new brakes by another mechanic, and Jason said to come back in 8k km as the brakes are still good
I love honesty and will be using Ellice auto again for all my Volkswagen needs!
