EB Computers helped me with a previous laptop so I took my 14 month old MacBook Pro to confirm that I needed a new LCD. First replacement was damaged out of the box so they returned it. Second replacement was installed but was also defective. No problem, the guys at EB went to bat for me and ordered a third one while allowing me to continue to use the defective one (can't run my business without my laptop) until it could be replaced. Third LCD was installed two weeks ago and it seems third time is the charm. Loved the service at this place and would absolutely recommend EB Computers to anyone looking for affordable computer upgrades or new computers with lightly used parts. We had a Macbook looked at for repairs, bought a pre-built tower PC plus peripherals, and had another pre-built tower get a few modifications upon purchase. Staff were friendly, fast, and knowledgeable, the prices were very affordable, there was no unnecessary upselling and all used parts were well benchmarked and in good repair. Fantastic service! Brought my 2015 Macbook Air in because battery life was starting to fade, replaced battery and realigned charging port which was bent out of shape after me dropping it a few times over its long life. Computer back with new battery running great only three days later. Thanks a lot guys!
