CrossFit Zone

Dan and the team of wonderful coaches at Crossfitzone have been such an amazing support crew on my fitness journey over the past three years. When I started I knew nothing about olympic lifting or what an AMRAP was. Today I have achieved things I didnt think possible three years ago.
The coaches are all wonderful, approachable, down to earth and happy to answer questions and help you out. The other atheletes training here make you feel welcomed and encourage you no matter where your fitness level is at. Was in Victoria for a coaching seminar, so dropped into CrossFit Zone twice. The first workout involved snatching and I was impressed with the coach's patience with everyone in this highly technical movement. Monday's workout led by Coach Blake was executed smoothly with Split Jerk drills and a great burner at the end. It was so easy to drop in. Gym had lots of space. Everyone had a big smile. Would recommend dropping in here if you get the chance while in Victoria.

CrossFit Zone is one of the best gyms I’ve been too, in Victoria or otherwise. Excellent coaches, workouts, and community with accessible software and location. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

I particularly love how I can view workouts a few days in advance, and the emphasis on modifying - to gradually push yourself beyond your edges in a safe way.
