Brendan and team are the best. Brendan's general demeanor gave us comfort throughout the project and we always felt that he cared about us and cared that the result was what we wanted. I assumed for a project this size (9 month home expansion) that the budget and timeline would be wrong but he ended up being very accurate on both. For example, Brendan said to us he expected to finish in mid-November and we moved in November 16th. I couldn't believe the accuracy given he made that estimate in February.
