I contacted Care Funeral Services through a google search and automatically mistook them for being in Nanaimo when in fact they are in Victoria. Despite discovering this,Bill Buckley called me and had a long in depth conversation with me regarding my father's passing. He said if I ran into problems in Nanaimo I could call him at any time. It was a pleasure speaking with Bill, and made my life and process a lot easier even though I'm not using his service. You can really tell he cared, this is the least I can do to thank him!
