Burt’s Automotive is hands down one of the most efficient, honest, and hardworking mechanic shops in town. I had my breaks and rotors replaced at another shop and when I drove my car home, it was clunking heavily. I took it back to that shop to have them look it over and they couldn’t identify the problem. This is where Burt’s Automotive comes in. I’ve taken my car here in the past when quoted $1600 for a water pump replacement at another shop (Burt’s did it for $600). This time around, Braden went out of his way to call multiple auto-wreckers up-island to get me a part for $300 that would have otherwise cost me $1300. I had to get a bunch of work done on my car and the guys at Burt’s did a great job. Braydon was super transparent about what needed to be done and took the time to explain things to me. They definitely went above and beyond. I am beyond grateful and won’t be taking my vehicle anywhere else.

I was at Burt’s automotive in December 2024 for a pre purchase assessment of a vehicle and their service was good and very affordable. They were very meticulous and thorough. I can’t remember the names of the guys I met, but I was impressed. Great job.
