It was my first time taking my current car to Brad Webster Auto Repair. The customer service was top notch and excellent. The auto advice was also honest and to the point without any unnecessary fluff and over sell. Brad the owner, was very easy to talk to. The things that need fixing got fixed and the things that may need attention in the future were advised. This is how every auto mechanic shop should be, respectful, efficient, and truthful. The job was done on time, reasonably priced, and done right the first time without any sloppy mistakes (quality control).
