This is going to sound very gushy but Karan is the epitome of excellent client service! Had another episode dropping my beloved iPhone 8 Plus into the beach waters after an amazing row yesterday! This is the second time in 3 months I've had to get the baby repaired and Karan has been superior with his empathy and experience. Karan had no problem collaborating with my son, Adam either who is Apple certified but a UVic student so together they figured out how to keep my fabulous iPhone working.

I also learned some valuable lessons and that is PLEASE shop local and support our community small businesses like Blackapple Cellular and their technicians because they really deserve our praise and business. Thank you for saving me $$$ and I am humbled by the respect and courtesy of Karan.
