We are very impressed with Bernie Osborne Electric. This morning, we called to see if we could arrange an appointment to have three different electrical issues in our home assessed. To begin with, our call was promptly and courteously answered - something that, in our recent experience, doesn’t always happen. And, to our complete surprise and delight, Alex, the technician, arrived within the hour to troubleshoot. Two of the repairs he completed in short order; the last one required parts he didn’t have with him, so he left to get them and returned an hour or so later and completed the job. I honestly can not say enough about these guys, they always manage to fit us in as soon as they can( much appreciated). I find they are quick, friendly, reasonable, and honest. Highly recommend.Thank you

Our breaker blew leaving us with no hot water, the breaker was fried so we were also without power to half the house. From the time of the initial phone call to time of completion was under 2 hours and we are all back up and running. I think his name was Steve (terrible with names, if its not, im sorry!) But he was great to deal with .. and funny!Service: Electrical fuse changing
