We are very impressed with Bernie Osborne Electric. This morning, we called to see if we could arrange an appointment to have three different electrical issues in our home assessed. To begin with, our call was promptly and courteously answered - something that, in our recent experience, doesn’t always happen. And, to our complete surprise and delight, Alex, the technician, arrived within the hour to troubleshoot. Two of the repairs he completed in short order; the last one required parts he didn’t have with him, so he left to get them and returned an hour or so later and completed the job.
