Well, I just can’t say enough good things. From the initial phone call where the issues with connecting a new gas BBQ to my in home gas line, completely misunderstood by several other gas fitters as well as the BBQ selling store, was immediately understood, acknowledged as frustrating and poorly recognized , to then the set up of a near immediate service call. I was not expecting to have immediate success on the service call but Jeff arrived, sussed out the issue, and not only knew how to deal with it but did so. He made sure I was OK with the look of the new system, did the work, cleaned up the site and demonstrated my wonderfully working gas BBQ; then checked to ensure that temporarily turning the gas off had not affected my stove and fireplace. All done with kindness, respect and professionalism. Of note, virtually everyone else told me I did not understand a problem that had a simple fix. I did understand the problem, it was an easy but not simple connector fix, and Battalion knew it. I will be providing the solution to the retail outlet that sold me the BBQ and recommending that people call Battalion. Thank You, I’ll recommend you widely.
