Excellent work, I am very pleased! I asked to have new heal lifts put on my leather sandals and they look great! As I needed them for the next day, the staff assured me, that it could be done for an additional charge of $10. My sandals, were ready and cleaned for me to pick up the next morning. I would highly recommend, this shoemaker. I like the fact, that the owner is training students, as many most shoemakers, are retiring without concern for their many customers.

Can't say enough about the great work Bao did on my boots. And quite affordable for the amount of work I had done on them. 1 week for a leather heel, full re-sole and condition at a pretty affordable price. They look new! Definitely recommend and the shop is cozy inside too.
