Fantastic service! You can try out all vacuums in store as long as you like and the staff gives great insight and advice on the machines.They were super patient with my picky self and had great feedback on which machines would work on carpeted stairs or wooden floors! I have arthritis so it was really hard for me to find the right model. Unfortunately, the model I picked didn't work out but they processed a refund, within in the return window, and the model I now settled on is great!I think in big chain stores if you buy a vaccum you cannot test them first and if you try them at home you cannot return them, but vaccums are an expensive investment, so I highly appreciate...read full review

If you need a vacuum (or vacuum accessories, bags, etc.) go here! Why not support local instead of supporting corpo? The man working here is very helpful, nice AND funny. C'mon, just go here for your vacuum needs already!

My in house vacuum system died. It was a BEAM. Now BEAM is nowhere to be found, obsolete ! Parts, forget it ! Solution. Bought a new SEBO central vac kit that will plug into my existing wall mounted BEAM vac. We are good to go. Thanks to Russ at All Victoria Vacuum. Cheers
