Friendly, knowledgeable people. Veronica, the dispatcher, booked an appointment swiftly within a few days and kept me well informed of when the service expert would be at my home. Austin, the technician, educated me on what he was doing as he systematically worked diagnosing the problem with my pool’s heat pump. He figured it out and fixed it within the hour. Soon my pool was warming up again, without having to replace the whole heater. Saved me a lot of money. Thanks Aire Serv!
Air Serv did a great job of getting our air and drier ducts cleaned. I received timely communicated 30 minutes before the technicians arrived with photos and a short bio, which was a nice touch. Brett and Denis were very friendly, professional, took excellence precautions when working in our 100 year old house and provided fantastic maintenance tips. They even showed me before and after photos of the inside of the ducts, which I post once I receive them. Highly recommend these guys at Air Serv on the great work they did.
a $900 job turned into a $2000 job. The guys that came were lovely and they did the best with what they had on had but when they came to quote the job they should have said they couldn't do the work because they didn't come prepared with the right equipment to move my washer/dryer safely without causing property damage. Also, they only provided half of what I asked for from the guy that came and did the quote. After they left it came to my attention that the vent wasn't properly attached to my dryer and was actually damaged from them shoving my dryer against it. They offered to send someone out but I didn't want them within a 100 yards of my home after all the property damage. So I had to have a different company come in and fix the vending. Essential Air still demanded I pay my bill even though they cause damage to my apartment. the wall, the trim, the floor, etc. Then when the booster fan died within 4 months of them installing it they refused to take responsibility for it and help with the warranty on the booster fan and still they wanted to get paid. I finally paid them because they said the warranty wouldn't be valid if I didn't pay my bill. After everything they did only charge me half of my bill but still I'm our thousands of dollars between getting the new company to come in and any repairs that I'll end up having to do that I can't afford to do so I'll have to live with it. It's unfortunate that you can't give negative stars on here.
