Absolutely incredible experience. We came in the day before an intimate wedding ceremony. We needed a bridal bouquet, corsages, boutonnieres, centre pieces and they delivered (within 24 hours) - above and beyond. I would highly recommend this team to anybody who needs flowers in the Okanagan. Price was also extremely reasonable for such a request.

I’m turning 50 next month, and this was hands down the most wonderful customer service I’ve ever had when sending flowers. Without going into too much detail, there was an issue with my credit card not going through since I live in the U.S., along with a few other issues since my friend lives quite a distance from Vernon. My friend’s mother died on Christmas Day. These flowers were extremely important to me and every road I went down, I couldn’t find a shop that could help me. I'm sorry it took me so long to write this review but we were waiting for wedding photos to come back! Tammy literally saved the day with her amazing customer service and last minute agreement to take on my daughter's wedding. Due to some miscommunication within the family, my poor daughter was about to be without flowers on her big day. We reached out to Tammy and within 24 hours she had created two gorgeous bridal bouquets for my daughter to choose from, bridal hand-ties, wristlets and corsages, and boutonnieres (custom made using empty shotgun shells).
