I had a platinum facial and within a day I got an open bleeding sore on my nose. When I call the office the receptionist said she would discuss it with Lori the owner. The receptionist Michelle call me back she indicated it was not unusual to have that reaction. She suggested a skin consultation, I would think that should be done prior to a procedure. A little late after the fact. I asked for Lori to call me and she never did. Really poor customer service. I Would NOT recommend NOSL!

What a difference! I have gone to a couple other places for laser and skin treatments, but this place is amazing! They have experienced staff who know their stuff, and they have a lot of staff so you can get next day appointments. At other places, I was having to book a month or more in advance! Also, they have the correct, pain-free lasers that actually give results! I so appreciate North Okanagan Skin and Laser!
Kelly’s my favourite practitioner here. She’s kind, discreet and informative. A shout out to Jill and Michelle at the front desk. They’re always on top of everything—so sadly rare in today’s service climate.
