I was nervous the day off appointment. I was made comfortable where I was in the office. We went over my application to add or adjust any changes needed. This took time as information and discussion is important so I was clearly informed. The process was reassuring although personally I'm used to hearing not so good news. As it turns out I experienced so much support from staff and I look forward to my 2 counseling sessions. Thank you all for everything done for me.
