Kari and her assistant, Susan, recently helped my daughter and my two grandsons in the purchase of their first home. Even as a strong applicant the process to be preapproved at the top five banks was very onerous. When the bank wouldn't finance our dream property due to location we almost lost the property. Our realtor recommended Kari. Instead of the month process I had with the banks she took a couple of days to get us an approval. I was dreading the back and forth to start like it had with the bank, and it never came! It was a great experience. Thank you Kari.
