My car was making a squealing sound when cold starting. I expected my serpentine belt needed to be replaced so booked an early appointment this morning to address it and get my tires rotated. I was told they would have it done by noon. Barely made it home before I got the call the belt had just slipped out of place and it was all resolved. Less than an hour and $30 for the service. I’ve always had a good experience with Kal Tire but was super happy this morning with the quick service, friendly staff and affordable pricing.

Somehow tore a gaping hole in my new tire on my way home last night. Im grateful for the shops hours, as I got the donut on, got to the shop, and was back on my way home 2 hours after it all went down. Kurtis handled everything swiftly, getting the warranty going on my tire so I already have my replacement(they just so happened to have one)! He even explained the new(?) double torque method to me- which means forgetful me won't have to worry about stopping back in again.. how convenient? I've always preferred this shop for tire work, and will continue to do so. Thanks team! ?

Excellent, super, great, fantastic. Tires and more all good ? A year after writing this review I've tried on 2 seperate occasions to book my car in but can't get through on the ph. Both times left sitting on hold for what I feel is an excessively long time. I get it your busy cuz your good but 7min on hold is too long.
