Had a broken screen on a work laptop that needed to get back in the field soon. Cindy and the team at JBJ got the part in for a great price and got the repair done very quickly. Very impressed and highly recommended!
My HP Laptop would not charge the battery when the power cord was plugged in to the computer. I phoned JBJ and told them my problem and they said bring it in and they would have a look at it. I took it in and in 1.5 days they called to say it was ready. When I arrived there they handed me my computer and said that the battery was not seated correctly. They made sure that it was seated correctly and when I said How Much, the tech said nothing as it was a quick fix and they really didn't do anything. Now it is 2 days since I picked my computer up and it is charging like it is supposed to....THANK YOU JBJ you are very honest and I will reccomend you to all of my friends
I would Definitely recommend JBJ for your computer needs! I ended up taking my laptop to JBJ this week on some FB recommendations saying they were Awesome! Turns out Vernon knew what they were talking about! The staff was super nice & awesome both dropping it off & picking it up! I'm not very computer techy, but they somehow were able to recover/backed up all my files, then they reloaded the whole system or whatever, put my files back on.. & now she's back up & running! & not only that, Holy moly I don't think this things ever been so clean! 😂 It's like brand new! 💕 && not only that, such nice guys!! My laptop was down a few functional keys (I'd been using a plug in keyboard).. they just so happened to have an extra lying around so they replaced it! Seriously like brand new! 😃 Thannnnk you JBJ!! You're amazing!! 💕💕
