Our experience was very positive and professional from the initial contact right until Mark left our property! He responded quickly to my request for a quote and a written one at that, we exchanged some messages and he gave me some options for appointments and we were all set for the service of cleaning our gutters. His presentation was very professional,arriving in a well marked and maintained trailer and truck. He introduced himself,we reviewed the work to be done and off he proceeded as planned… he kept me advised me of his progress and was super pleasant.What I liked was -him arriving when he said he would -he didn’t try to upsell me -no mess was left for me to clean up -when I asked he offered details of other services that he offered -very neat and clean -very conscious of my plants -open to my questions then quickly returned to the work -he found some missing shingles,took pictures and sent them to us -sent before and after pics -his price was competitive What I didn’t like Nothing that I can think of
