fast and efficient - I don't like now that they ask for a tip - who's getting that tip?I will check out other places now to see if they expect a tip as well -maybe back to changing my oil myself again - putting it too high for the convience

A 10/5 for sure!!! I went into the Great Canadian Oil Change last evening after most shops and dealerships were closed. Open until 6, I thought of GCOC as I have been a customer of theirs for years. Yesterday morning when I turned on my heater on a very chilly Vernon morning, the stench in my car was overwhelming as i drove to work. After a full day, I headed out again, checking out my car for possibilities to what was causing the horrible smell that seemed to have worsened. Nothing and my car was clean.Staff at GCOC checked under the hood and again nothing. Staff was friendly, went and checked my tire pressure, all my lights were working and other car fluids, prices are moderate but they make sure you get what you want, you can get your ac charge in your car, but check location. And as a tip, go to their website, and you can get a coupon texted to you and save an additional 10 to 15 bucks if you want to save a bit.
