Review update:I received an email from James Vogan on July 20 2022 that said himself and the franchise owner had reviewed our situation and that they had agreed to make it right. After a couple of more emails to make arrangements James and another gentleman were here on July 28 and spent the entire day. They did an amazing job! A complete opposite of our first experience. This time we were expecting just another spray but they did the job exactly as the website describes, maybe even better, the moss was completely removed, the gutters were vacuumed, the roof was cleaned and sprayed, they even cleaned all the debris from the driveway and I’m sorry if I missed anything... read full review
