Today we had a dual fuel high efficiency HVAC system installed by Dennis Sachs and Alex. We were extremely satisfied with their work. They arrived on time, and were professional, efficient, and tidy. After the work was completed they took the time to fully explain the operation of the new system and thermostat settings. We highly recommend the whole Fox Team for their knowledge and communication through the whole process. We were also very happy with the quoting process by Justin.
Jacob Bradshaw and his co-worker Hatkamal arrived at our house early this morning in order to seal our heating ducts. Jacob took the time to go over what the process would entail before preceding and once the job was complete he again spent time going over things. Great job guys.
Phenomenal service. Challenging emergency issue that Jason was able to diagnose very quickly, and fix for us in under a hour. We are very appreciative of Jason and Fox for getting our power restored in such a quick and professional manner.
