Okay, I wish I could select all the good things as tags but I can’t. None of them are in regards to piercings! I took my 7 year old there for her very first lobe piercings. From the second we walked in Krystie had my daughter smiling and laughing despite being incredibly scared; first piercings are scary, okay. Krysties smile never faltered, her cheery attitude was upbeat, bright and even had me giggling. From picking out the jewelry to each and every step of the set up process. Krystie answered my daughter’s menial questions, listened and acknowledged her 7 year old statements(even if they made no sense) and hyped my daughter up like she was a grade A class rockstar. I don’t know where you got your skills but let me tell you, she woke up this morning and the first thing she told me “I totally forgot I had my ears pierced until I looked in the mirror!” Why? Because whatever sorcery your skills are, her swelling was absolutely gone by bedtime! Thank you Krystie. So much for making her experience so worth while!
