The fix, timing, and same day availability on a - Got my tire patched with a one hour service after calling in and snatching up their last open slot available in the day. Tire is still great a month later and not leaking again.
Service from front desk associate at the service centre: 1.5/5 - Every interaction I had with him was off. He was toeing the line between sarcastic and just outright rude. It was very clear to me he either hated his job or was having a very bad/busy day.

Recently found myself in Vernon for the night and ended up having a flat tire… on a long weekend. Not ideal timing to get it fixed.
I really appreciate that Canadian tire fit me in last minute.

What I would like the take-away from this post to be is that DARCY, who works in the mechanic bay made my experience 10/10! He gets 5 stars. He really showed he cared about the customer and wasn’t just looking to make a buck off of us. He made our trip back home possible.

I cannot say the same for the front desk guy who did not get my name (only got my number) at the time of drop-off and proceeded to try to refuse service when I came back to pick up the tire....read full review
