In and out half a dozen times over the last couple months. Needed a heavier duty truck. Couldn’t settle on what I wanted. Didn’t want new, didn’t want used. Brad Swyers, a patient person, answered all my questions, found out some answers for me. Test drove a truck on one occasion. Always unsettled because I was trying to figure out what I was wanting to do.
Popped in to get some TPMS sensors to bind in the service shop on Mother in laws car.

Excellant experience at Bannister GM Vernon, Bradley didn't try to force a sale but facilitated my purchase, ensuring that I kept within the budget that I had set but getting one that met all my needs. Also, Kim in the finance department made the process transparent so I knew exactly what I was paying for and there were no hidden surprise costs. The paperwork took less than an hour to go through and I was out of the door in my new truck. A quick word about pricing. I ended up with a brand new truck on finance so low it made my monthly payments cheaper than if I financed a used vehicle elsewhere even if the truck was $20k cheaper but with 68k of kilometres... read full review
